The website shows there is a continental breakfast. The front desk lady said “No”. She did have packaged muffins but No Coffee! 😠

They stole my money because the internet was down and they couldn't check me in.

Although this place is located near the near some remolding, and construction, but it remained without saying the room was quiet and bothered.

It was right off interstate by a lot of fast food places,near by shopping like Walmart,Kroger,tractor supply,fitness planet, packaged liquor store,starbucks,Baskin Robbins,Applebee's,home Depot, Bonsai China Restraint.Nice location & it was quite there

TV had no reception hardly @ all. It would just go in & out it was so aggravating that we finally just cut it off. Which really sucked cause when we get a room we look forward 2 relaxing & watching HBO/Showtime Channels. Really Small Rooms

Nothing. They parked me in a flooded area and my TV did not work at all the air didn't work and the room was dirty. I paid for a king room and got a double bed because they didn't clean that day. Don't recommend

It met my expectations.

The entrance into the hotel was confusing with no apparent directions from the frontage road. It seemed that you were driving through a parking lot to get to the hotel.

It was a place to lay my head.

There are no laundry facilities available for guests. Also, there was no hair dryer available either. When I requested a hair dryer, I was told there was one in the room. I told them there wasn't one in the room. There is very limited parking at the hotel

Right beside Waffle House. It was also on the way to my destination.

Yes, the breakfast is a joke. The beds weren't great. I got what I paid for it.

The lady who checked us in was a bit on the rude side and asked a bunch of questions as to who was staying and why. I felt like it was a bit intrusive and would have gone to another hotel if I hadn't already paid for this one online.

The lady at front desk was the worst desk attendant i have ever encountered. Completely rude!!!! Unbelieveable. She must be owner because she was so mad we booked online. I guess she lost some money. Oh well.

It was a convient location.

I booked a non smoking room. Yes, I do smoke, but upon checking in the lady at the front desk asked me if I smoked. I told her yes, but I booked a non smoking room. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to get a smoking room. It cost more.

I paid for a king room and received a double room. The toilet had to be plunged to flush the toilet. The front desk were rude had no customer service. We were not offered the free breakfast that is mentioned on thier website. Parking was very tight

Booked late, room was available!

Too close to interstate, you hear EVERYTHING. I didn't feel safe, men hanging outside. Turned the air on and it was so loud & disturbing I had to turn it off. Breakfast was a joke, cereal or day old mini cinnamon rolls or toast & that was it! Sad...

The hotel is right off the interstate. Very convenient for traveling, pulling over late at night and getting up early.

The room smelled horrible. I requested a nonsmoking room, but it smelled like the bottom of an ashtray that hadn't been cleaned in decades. The continental breakfast was a joke, very little to choose from.
